J&B Facebook Hamper Competition – T&Cs

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You are providing your information to The Jug and Bottle and not to Facebook. The information you provide will only be used for notifying the winner and for marketing purposes.

Entrants must be at least 18 years of age, and not employees of The Jug & Bottle, their immediate families or their agents or anyone else connected with the promotion.

Only one entry per person.

The opening date for receipt of entries is 25th November 2016 and the closing date for receipt of entries is 12pm 16th December 2016.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries which do not comply with the stated rules.

The winner will be chosen at random with the winner notified by email on 16th December 2016. All reasonable effort will be made to contact the winner, however, if the prize is not claimed by 23rd December 2016, an alternative winner will be picked.

The prize consists of a Luxury Hamper, up to the value of £100. One runner up will receive 1 voucher entitling them to Coffee and Cake for Two. Subject to Availability. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and there is no cash alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of reasonably unforeseen circumstances.

The winner must be able to collect the prize, in person, from The Jug & Bottle in Bubwith.

The winner and runners-up may be required to participate in public relations activities to generate press coverage for the Competition. This may include without limitation quotes given by the Winner and/or runners-up for inclusion in press releases, photos (provided by the Winner) and interviews.

The names of winner(s) will be available by sending a SAE to The Jug & Bottle, Main Street, Bubwith, YO8 6LX

Entry into this competition is via Facebook, or alternatively through sending an email to stephanie@littlemarketing.co.uk, with the subject line: The Jug & Bottle Christmas Hamper Competition. If the winner is chosen from an email entry, they will be notified via email.

Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to and governed by English law.
