Now I don't know whether to take this as a massive compliment or huge insult ~ it usually depends what mood I'm in.  We were also shortlisted with a chain that had 2,200 stores nation wide ~ so I guess a village off licence did well to compete.  One of the reason we lost to Tesco was because they could insist their suppliers had to add a red tractor logo to the bottle labels to show sustainability for the apple orchards ~ like I could ever compete with that?!  ... now I'm sounding bitter!
Anyhow, do come to our shop we have approx 40 bottles in stock (and none of the well known kack) and 12+ draught ciders and Perry's to sample and take away in Jugs.
