OKTOBERFEST 2009

Takes place on Saturday 10th October 2009 at Bubwith Centre. Tickets go on sale on Saturday 13th June 2009 at 9am from The Jug and Bottle. Tickets are likely to sell out in 48 hours.

The Rugby semi finals were screened in the Centre bar whilst others enjoyed the music from Half Cut, a local Irish group.

The evening has hoped to have raised in the region of £3,000 for Bubwith Tennis Club & The Friends of Bubwith School.

Oktoberfest 2008 was a great success again. 14 great beers, 8 ciders and Perry's. A good Hog Roast from DY Taylors butchers at Stamford Bridge and heart racing/foot tapping music from the excellent local "Irish" band, Half Cut. Funds raised £4,000 this year which was again split between Bubwith County Primary School and Bubwith Tennis Club.
