Wine

There is an extensive range of over 200 wines from around the world. Wine sold at The Jug and Bottle is not available in Supermarkets. Any wines stocked which go into supermarkets are discountinued. The Jug & Bottle has its own French House Wine – White (dry or medium) and Red and Australian House, a choice from either Shiraz or Chardonnay.

There are offers on all year round, such as 3 for £10.

The stock of wine are constantly changing and are updated. There is also access to many more. We are unable to source single bottles (except for rare and specialist wines).

Wine by the case attracts a 5% discount for cash, cheque or debit card sales or 2.5% on credit cards. Upto 10% discount is available if you join "Old School Wines". Please see our heading 'Services'. There are also a good selection of champagnes, ports, sherry’s, desert wines and spirits.

Cider

Cider is sold either on draught or in bottles. The main suppliers are Weston’s, Gwatkins and Sheppy’s. On draught there is always Westons, and others such as Biddenden.. Draught cider is sold by the pint in jugs to take away. Jugs are for sale in the shop and hold up to 4 or 8 pints.

Soft Drinks

A high quality range of soft drinks are sold Belvoir Presses & cordials to award winning Chegworth Valley apple juices. Other soft drinks are also available.
