Chocolate Truffle workshop was a great success!
19 people attended 2 courses this weekend and leant a little bit about how chocolate is grown and blended and tempered with a hair dryer!!! It worked! Great fun was had by filling approx 30 truffles with different flavoured ganaches; from coffee/vanilla & whisky through to lime or peppermint. The truffles were individually decorated and packed off in a display box.
Most people had to go to look at themselves in a mirror before they left to check they weren’t too covered in chocolate as a lot of tasting went on!
