Christmas Courses ~ Learn a new skill this Christmas!

We are fast approaching our trio of weekends where you can learn many skills from Chocolate Truffle Making (17th November) 2pm £39.95 per person.  Sarah Douglas will MAKE! 😉 you taste some chocolate and then show you how to make and decorate approx 40 truffles per person.

Learn to wrap those awkward presents with Lynda at our gift wrapping demo on (23rd November) 4pm, £8.50 per person. With tea and cake provided, you can then try your hand at making a ribbon rose with the kit provided.

Then there is Shirley who will guide you through making a Christmas pudding (ingredients provided) 24th November, £24 per person.  We’ll then get to try a pudding steaming away on the cooker, accompanied with some brandy fluff Shirely will show us how to make and also some beautiful iced puddings as an alternative to Christmas Pud.  A glass of muscat will also be provided.

Finally Gill & Cliff will demonstrate how to straw and green up a wreath ring and give you plenty of opportunities  to copy.  Then the rest of the time will be spent wiring up cones, bows, oranges to decorate your wreath.  Cake & tea provided as well.  Saturday 30th November or Sunday 1st December, from £29.95 per person.
